It is provided that there shall be posted a conspicuous sign giving notice of the provisions of this chapter and provided that any person in any park contrary to such sign and this chapter has refused to remove therefrom after being requested to do so by a policemen of this city, such person, upon conviction of a violation of this chapter shall be punished by fine of not more than five hundred dollars, or imprisonment of not more than one hundred eighty days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
