Hours of operation for Hoerner Park shall be all hours of each day parks are open except between eight a.m. and four p.m. on those days while school is in session, and when school is not in session the park shall be open all hours except ten p.m. to six a.m. However, when the park is scheduled by this provision to be closed the park shall nevertheless be open for supervised school activities when a teacher is present, and for baseball league activities when a coach or supervisor is present.
