Sidewalks shall, in all cases, be cleared of snow and ice accumulations which have accumulated on a previous day or during the nighttime, by twelve noon on the day following such accumulations of snow and/or ice upon any paved side-walk within the city. (Ord. 456 § 2, 1985)
