A. In accordance with the provisions of MCA 7-14-4109, the council may order sidewalks and curbs constructed in front of any lot or parcel of land without the formation of a special improvement district.

B. Whenever the council shall order any sidewalk or curb to be constructed, it shall be the duty of the clerk to enter such order upon the minutes of the council and shall name the streets along which such sidewalk and curb is to be constructed. (Ord. 474 § 14, 1986: Ord. 87 § 1, 1927)
