All sidewalks constructed in the future in the city shall be constructed to the grades shown on the detail grade sheets of such survey and report; all curbs constructed in the future in the city shall be constructed to the grades shown on the detail grade sheets of such survey and report; all street paving in the future in the city, except construction of a temporary nature, shall be constructed to the grades shown on such detail grade sheets.
