Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of the provisions contained in Sections 10.78.150 through 10.78.170 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars, or by punishment not exceeding sixty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
