A. It is a violation of this chapter for any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required in this chapter.

B. The parent of any child and the guardian of any wand shall not authorize on knowingly permit any such child on wand to violate any of the provisions of this chapter.

C. These regulations applicable to snowmobiles shall apply whenever a snowmobile is operated upon any street or any public path or property in the city. (Ord. 393 § 3, 1980)
