Any automobile, truck, motorcycle, trailer, boat, snowmobile, or vehicle of any sort left in violation of this article may be removed by on under the authority of any police officer of the city, who shall certify the cost thereof to the police judge, who may add the amount thereof to any fine assessed against the owner on operator of the same.
