In accordance with Section 10.57.300 and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for a period of time longer than two hours between the hours of nine a.m. and six p.m. of any day except Sundays and public holidays within the district or upon any of the streets or parts of streets as follows:

On Nucleus Avenue and Seventh Street where signs are erected.
