A. No vehicle of any kind may be parked on any city street or alley for more than seven consecutive twenty-four-hour periods.

B. Any such vehicle left in violation of this section may be removed by or under the authority of any police officer of the city, who shall certify the cost thereof to the city judge, who may add the amount thereof to any fine assessed against the owner or operator of said vehicle.

C. The owner or operator of any such vehicle left in violation of this section, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars nor more than five hundred dollars. (Ord. 595 § 1(part), 1997)
