10.54.030 Right of entry to abate nuisance.

Any police officer of the city may enter upon any private parking lot to abate any nuisance defined by this chapter, and on such parking lot may arrest any person maintaining a nuisance as defined in this chapter; provided, however, that there shall be on file with the city a written authorization by the owner of such parking lot empowering police officers of the city to abate such nuisances or to make such arrests.
