Any person who upon any parking lot in the city:

A. Shall race any vehicle;

B. Shall engage in any game or play by means of any vehicle;

C. Shall operate any vehicle in a careless manner;

D. Shall operate any vehicle in a reckless manner;

E. Shall race the motor of any vehicle;

F. Shall congregate in violation of any sign prominently displayed at such parking lot by the owner; or

G. Shall engage in any manner of vehicle operation which, if committed upon a public street would constitute an offense against the vehicle code of the city, shall be guilty of the offense of maintaining a nuisance. (Ord. 537 § 1, 1990: Ord. 297 § 1, 1972)
