It shall be unlawful for any person to drive an automobile, truck, or other motor vehicle upon any street, alley, or public thoroughfare of the city unless such person shall have in his possession a current driver’s license of the state, or a driver’s license of any other state or county, the validity of which is recognized by the state of Montana.
