Chapter 10.48 RECKLESS DRIVING
10.48.030 Violation of Section 10.48.010B--Penalty.
A person convicted of reckless driving under Section
10.48.010B shall be punished by imprisonment in the county or city jail for not
less than ten days or more than six months to which may be added at the
discretion of the court a fine of not less than three hundred dollars or more
than five hundred dollars. On a second on subsequent conviction, he shall be
punished by imprisonment for a term of not less than thirty days or more than
one year to which may be added at the discretion of the count a fine of not less
than five hundred dollars or more than one thousand dollars. (Ord. 358 § 3,
