A person commits the offense of reckless driving if he:

A. Operates any vehicle in wilful or wanton disregard for the safety of person or property; or

B. Flees on attempts to flee from or elude a peace officer who is lawfully in pursuit and whose vehicle is at the time in compliance with the requirements of MCA 61-8-310 et seq. (Ord. 474 § 13, 1986; Ord. 358 § 1, 1978)
