The speed limit for all vehicles on U.S. Highway No. 2 between Sixth Avenue West and Second Avenue West is fixed at the rate of twenty-five miles pen hour; upon all other portions of U.S. Highway No. 2 within the city the speed limit shall remain at thirty-five miles per hour.
