10.27.110 Violation--Penalty.

It is made the duty of all drivers and of pedestrians to observe and obey the signals of such traffic lights, as defined in Section 10.27.100. Disobedience to such signals is declared unlawful, and any person violating the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not less than one dollar nor more than three hundred dollars or by imprisonment not to exceed thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
