Those certain electric traffic control devices commonly traffic lights shall be installed and operated at the following locations in the city:

A. At the intersection of Fourth Avenue West and Ninth Street;

B. At the intersection of Fourth Avenue West and Fifth Street;

C. At the intersection of Nucleus Avenue and Sixth Street;

D. At the intersection of Nucleus Avenue and Third Street. (Ord. 195 § 1, 1955)
