It is declared unlawful for any person under the age of seventeen years to be upon the streets of the city between the hours of ten p.m. and six a.m. except by permission of their parent or engaged in lawful business, or unless accompanied by his or her parent or guardian, or unless attending an activity designated by the school or a youth group.
