A. Any person who shall not have reached the age of nineteen years and who shall have in his or her possession beer or liquor shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

B. The handling of beer or liquor by a person more than eighteen years old in the course of his employment shall not be deemed as possession for the purposes of this section. (Ord. 371 § 1, 1979: Ord. 228 § 1, 1959)
