No owner or owners of any property within the city, or agent of such owner or owners, shall permit nuisance weeds on such property, or on one-half of any road or street lying next to such property or boulevard abutting thereon. The existence of such weeds shall constitute a public nuisance. (Ord. 616 § 1, 1999)
