No person or persons within the limits of the city shall, by agreement or otherwise, plan or encourage any dogfight or cockfight or a fight of any kind between animals. It is made the duty of the chief of police or policemen to prevent or stop such fight and arrest all persons aiding or abetting the same. (Ord. 474 § 4(part), 1986; Ord. 5 Art. I § 4, 1909)
