It shall be a misdemeanor for any person to keep or retain pigs or hogs within the city limits of the city, and that violation of the provisions of this section shall constitute an offense punishable by a fine of not less than five dollars nor more than fifty dollars, and that each day during which the offense is continued, from and after the conviction of any person hereunder, shall constitute a separate offense.
