Any person, firm, or corporation failing or refusing to comply with the provisions of Section 6.08.050 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of from five dollars to fifty dollars, or by imprisonment not exceeding thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
