6.08.010 Picketing on streets or sidewalks.

No person shall picket or suffer or permit to be picketed any horse or cow of any description, or any other cattle, upon any of the streets, avenues, alleys, highways or sidewalks of the city, or so close to the same that any such animal can go upon the
same; provided, that nothing in this chapter shall be construed as prohibiting a secure fastening of horses in actual use upon such streets for such period of time as may be actually necessary and reasonable. (Ord. 158 Art. III § 1, 1948)
