5.24.020 License-Fee and bond.

Any person, company, corporation or association desiring to carry on the business of wage broker in the city shall be issued a license by the city treasurer upon the payment of the annual license fee therefor, which is fixed at forty dollars per year. Before any such license shall be issued or the application for such license received, the applicant shall first file and deposit with the city clerk a surety bond executed by a surety company authorized to transact business in the state, and running to the city in the sum of one thousand dollars, conditioned to the effect that such company, person, corporation or association shall faithfully observe and carry out the provisions of this chapter and the provisions of MCA 311-301 to 31-1-310, relative to wage brokers.
