All license holders of Columbia Falls alcoholic beverage licenses must comply with all statutes, rules, regulations or laws of the state relative to the operating of a retail alcoholic beverage establishment business including age of persons to be served or to purchase; hours and days when business may be conducted; location of license premises within the city; persons, and the physical condition thereof who may or may not be served alcoholic beverages as well as all of the other requirements, terms and conditions placed upon state licensed retail alcoholic beverage businesses. Holders of a Columbia Falls retail alcoholic beverage license are charged by their application thereof and issuance thereof with a duty to comply with all of the requirements, terms and conditions of the state in connection with the operation of the business in the city. Violation by the licensee of any of those terms, requirements and conditions of the state shall subject the licensee to prosecution by the city for violation of the terms, conditions of the city retail alcoholic beverage license held by the licensee.
