Chapter 5.08 ALCOHOL SALES
5.08.030 License-Classifications.
The various classes of retail alcoholic beverage sales
license and the annual city license fees therefor are set forth hereafter.
These license fees are mandated by the state in appropriate statutes, and change
from time to time as state law changes. The license fees provided for herein are
for the fiscal year 1987-1988 and shall continue in that manner until changed by
the law of the state or by other ordinance of the city. The classifications of
business and license and the fees therefor are as follows:
A. All-beverage retail license, three hundred twelve dollars
and fifty cents annually;
B. All-beverage retail license for affiliated national
veterans’ organization, two hundred eighteen dollars and seventy-five
cents annually;
C. Beer and wine retailer for on-premises consumption, total
combined fee of three hundred twelve dollars and fifty cents annually;
D. Beer at retail for on-premises consumption, two hundred
dollars annually;
E. Wine at retail for on-premises consumption, two hundred
dollars annually;
F. Beer at retail for off-premises consumption, two hundred
dollars annually;
G. Wine at retail for off-premises consumption, two hundred
dollars annually;
H. Beer and wine at retail for off-premises consumption,
total combined fee of four hundred dollars annually. (Ord. 487 § 1, 1987:
