Persons inspecting licensees or their businesses or premises as authorized herein shall report all violations of this chapter to the clerk. When an inspector has submitted a report of violation, the clerk shall issue to the affected person an order to comply with the requirements of this chapter within ten days after personal service upon such person. Failure to comply within such ten-day period shall subject the recipient of such service to prosecution for a misdemeanor by the city. (Ord. 657 § 1(part), 2004)
