The clerk, zoning officers, building inspector, and all city police officers shall have the authority under this chapter to inspect and examine licensed businesses located within the city to determine that the same are in compliance with the requirements of this chapter. Those persons are authorized to inspect licensees and businesses and shall have the authority to enter with or without search warrant at reasonable times those premises for which a license is required, those premises for which a license was issued or those premises for which a license has been revoked or suspended.
