A. All annual licenses issued under this chapter shall expire on December 31 of each year and shall be renewed on January 1 of each year. The annual license fee for licenses obtained on an annual basis is forty dollars.

B. An applicant may apply for a quarter-annual license with the fee for each quarter-annual license being twelve dollars and fifty cents per quarter. (Ord. 657 § 1(part), 2004)
