A general business license may be issued to a business in a residential zoning district within the city, providing said business is in compliance with the zoning regulations contained in Chapter 18.40 of Title 18 of this code, Ordinance 523. Businesses or occupations that do not comply with the requirements of Chapter 18.40 will not be permitted and general business licenses will not be issued. (Ord. 657 § 1(part), 2004)
