Fees will include direct and indirect costs, including without limitation wages and benefits, supplies, equipment, including wear and tear, property and liability insurance and other related costs.

Administrative fees will be determined for projects on a case by case basis if applicable. Ten percent is the established rate for reviews, accounting, reports, records and all other variables associated with administering projects. A minimum and maximum will be charged; except for grant administration or major projects which will be charged for all hours and services provided by the city and audit costs.
