There is established in and for the city a capital improvement program and three separate capital improvement funds for specific projects as follows:

A. General Building Capital Improvement Fund. Proceeds of this fund shall be utilized for repairs, replacement or purchases of city buildings (excluding enterprise fund assets).

B. General Fire Capital Equipment and Improvement Fund. Proceeds from this fund shall be used for repairs, improvements, replacement or purchase of fire facilities, as well as replacement or purchase of machinery/equipment.

C. General Capital Machinery and Equipment Fund. Proceeds from this fund shall be used for replacement and/or purchase of vehicles and/or machinery and equipment (excluding enterprise fund assets). (Ord. 482 § 1, 1986)
