Effective November 1, 1984, the Columbia Falls city-county planning board shall function as the Columbia Falls zoning commission in its entire zoning jurisdiction area, including the city and the Columbia Falls extra-territorial zoning jurisdictional area. (Res. 769 § 1,1981)
