The city-county planning board of the city shall be organized in such manner, have such members of such qualifications for such terms of office, follow such procedures, and have such powers and duties as are provided by MCA § 76-1-101 et seq., or Title 76, Chapter 1 (MCA 1979), and all acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto.
