All elected and appointed officers shall take and subscribe to the prescribed oath of office, which oath shall be filed with the director of finance and administration/city clerk. The director of finance and administration/city clerk, or his or her designee, shall administer the oath to all elected and appointed officers. (Ord. 586 § 7, 1995)
