The regular meetings of the city council shall be held twice each month on the first and third Mondays of each month, at the hour of seven p.m. in the council chambers of the city hall of Columbia Falls, Montana. Whenever the day fixed for a regular meeting of the council shall fall upon a holiday, the regularly scheduled meeting shall be held on the following Tuesday at the same time, place and hour.
