A seal in circular form with the words "THE CITY OF COLUMBIA FALLS, MONTANA." on the outer part, and the words "CORPORATE SEAL" on the interior and center part of the circle, shall be the official seal of the city, to be used in all cases in which by law and the custom of nations such seal is customarily used; and the same shall be kept in the custody of the clerk.
